Carving a Pumpkin

Last week Dad and I carved a pumpkin. It was fun at first but not exactly all it's cracked up to be. I liked helping Dad. He wasn't a fan of me grabbing the knife when he wasn't looking! Those seeds aren't too bad. Anyone ever tried those? Mom says you are suppose to toast them before you eat them but I think they are ok right out of the pumpkin.
